1. General information
   We currently only ship within the European Union. This ensures a smooth delivery process and avoids potential customs delays or additional import charges for customers. If you are outside the EU and would like to inquire about international shipping in the future, please contact me directly.
    

2. Pricing and payments
   All prices listed on the website include shipping for customers in Belgium. For buyers within the EU (outside of Belgium), a shipping fee will be applied, which will be displayed during checkout. Belgian customers will not incur any additional shipping costs at checkout. Payments are processed securely, and we accept credit/debit cards, Bancontact, Klarna, Paypal and Google Pay.
    

3. Shipping and delivery
   Each fine art print is carefully packed in a secured box with with a plastic protective sleeve and tracing paper to ensure it arrives safely at your door. This packaging provides additional protection against scratches, bumps, and fading during transport.
   Delivery times vary depending on your location within the EU, but orders are typically processed and shipped within 5-15 days. You will receive a confirmation email with details once your order has shipped.
    

4. Returns and refunds
   Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since the day the product arrived at your address, I can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
   To be eligible for a return, the fine art print must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
   You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is approved, you will receive a refund minus the shipping fees.
    

5. Return process
   To initiate a return, please contact me at janboex@gmail.com. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
   If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
    

6. Intellectual property
   All images, artwork, and content on this website are the property of Jan Boex and are protected by copyright laws. Any unauthorized reproduction or use of the content is strictly prohibited.
    

7. Limitation of liability
   Jan Boex’s webshop is not responsible for any damage or loss during shipping. However, great care is taken to ensure safe packaging and delivery of the prints. In the unlikely event of an issue with your order, please contact me to resolve the matter.
